To celebrate the release of Scared Stiff: Everything You Need to Know About 50 Famous Phobias by Sara Latta (Zest Books), featuring over 50 of my illustrations, I’d like to share a behind-the-scenes look at my creative process on this title.

To celebrate today’s release of Scared Stiff: Everything You Need to Know About 50 Famous Phobias by Sara Latta (Zest Books), featuring over 50 of my illustrations, I’d like to share a behind-the-scenes look at my creative process on this title.

The final illustrations became a cross between the scientific drawing approach and the silhouette style.
